And send us the malfunctioning printer as requested.

Step 2

Repair in Service center

Once the printer arrives, we will carry on repairing.

At the same time, the applicant can check the progress by application number.

Step 3

Mail back the printer

After the printer is done repairing, it will be sent back to the applicant.
